Are our beliefs reality? The short answer is yes, but only in our mind. The implication here is that what we believe may be true to us in our mind, but not necessarily in the physical reality and world in which we find ourselves. If you recall, our goal here is to have what exists in our mind be as close to our physical reality as possible, for we are indeed learning how to create. This gives our physical existence meaning and purpose. I guess the real question we need to ask ourselves, then, is “Do our beliefs have practical value?” In other words, if our beliefs do not hold true in the world we live in, they may not have any practical value for us. The problem we face is that our beliefs, for the most part, are merely what we want to be true, not whether they are true, can be true, or even should be true. Now, on the other hand, what we want to be true may in fact be a good thing, it may indeed have considerable practical value for us and the world, but it cannot be seen just yet. This gives us no reason not to pursue it, however, for we must engage with the creative process to find out if we are able to bring these beliefs forward into reality or not. Through our efforts, if we are not able to, then we must recognize that our beliefs may not hold any practical value for us or the world, and we must therefore choose something else. My friends, no matter how much we want something to be true, we cannot continue to pursue it at any cost if it cannot hold up in reality. If we do, we are not learning, we are not growing. I must say, “being right”, at the cost of ourselves and others, has no practical value whatsoever. If we notice that we are incorrect in our belief, it is critical we spend no time in self-judgment, we simply get busy finding what is right, what does have value. Our journey is always one of finding truth, for the truth will always indicate the essential value we need to see.
I bring this most serious issue up again, my friends, because humanity itself is having to confront a massive belief system, otherwise known as “mass thought”, that is full of misconception and misunderstanding. It is these that are creating all the tension and strife we are experiencing today. Yes, there are big beliefs that all within humanity hold to be true, that have no basis in fact, no basis in any spiritual reality we hope to discover and create for ourselves. These beliefs affect our behavior and, indeed, create the world we are living in, whether good or bad. If we recognize that many things are not working, then we have to get together and change our minds. I would like to point out that we are incorrect in our thinking about what is true and valuable. What we must know first is that even though our beliefs have no basis in reality, they will nevertheless create the life we are living. We must admit that our world is in a sad state today because of it. Perhaps what we believe to be true and important is not. We have to begin somewhere. Although we must eventually discard the mass belief of victimhood, we must know, beyond any doubt, that we are temporarily impacted by it nevertheless. Can we create a better position of power through a simple acceptance? Yes, we can. Let’s accept that we are responsible. This will lead us on a path forward. Today, let’s consider two beliefs that the majority of humanity still engages with, and see the unfortunate and damaging results they do in fact create. My friends, let’s do the hard work first, and then give ourselves the opportunity to change our mind, indeed, change our direction.
We deserve to be punished
The mass belief, especially within Christianity, of a heaven and a hell as our future is completely false. Hell is the one that is mostly false. I say mostly, because any hell we experience is self-created. There is no ultimate Creator who seeks suffering and retribution. A sin, my companions, is simply a mistake. All mistakes, no matter how severe, can be corrected. But, we must be willing. That is why we are here. Now, the idea of heaven is mostly true. I say mostly, because we must create it here. This is our opportunity. Both heaven and hell are not other places or realities. They only exist in the here and now, in this place. If you believe in punishment, then that is what you will experience in your life. If you believe in heaven, a better life and world, then that is what you will create in your life. My dear friends, there is no place to go. What we can adopt as our belief today, is that God is a loving God. There is no other reality that has any basis in fact. This is the only one. The universe is about healing, and the subsequent expansion and understanding of our very selves. The only thing that God wants, is for us to see the beauty of all that is. If we deny this Plan, however, then it can never be. Spread love and possibility, all across the world, and see the new reality intended. It isn’t hard.
Money encompasses our entire creative nature
Let’s keep this one simple. Money is not purpose. Money is not real. Its value is therefore temporary at best. If you believe you need it, the less you will have. The fact that all the money and resources of the world exist in the hands of a few, is not the result of their selfishness. It is the result of our belief that we must have some too. It is our belief in the power of money that gives them the license to have it all. To me, there doesn’t seem to be much value in that. Our creativity offers us so much more. The smell of fresh air, the smell of flowers, a soft breeze, a gentle sunshine, that’s pretty valuable. A friend calls and is hurting, we get a chance to help and love, that feels pretty damn good. Teaching people what they don’t want to hear, what they don’t want to do, that has lasting purpose and meaning. I saw Elon Musk, apparently the richest man in the world, on the news just this morning. His face was definitely dark and empty, he looked entirely lost and confused. He was certainly very angry. Why, because he has it all and wants more? My friends, he believes he can do whatever he wants, and he creates suffering all around him because of it. Is that what you want? Elon Musk is selfish and hateful, but rich with things. Is that who you are? I know what you’re saying to yourself, “I would be different, I would handle my success differently”. My friends, I will tell you, that’s what Elon Musk says to himself every day, and every day, he digs himself deeper. A person can have all the material wealth imaginable, spend their life on their devices checking on the stock market all day long, and then look up, glance out the window, and see something entirely different. What they see on the other side of the window, is a world with no value. What is seen is a bunch of dead trees, a few dead birds laying on the lawn, and a cold wind blowing over all of it. The soul does not breathe, the life does not shine. All the enormous creativity being offered is channeled into a small darkness and isolation. My suggestion, choose something else, for Elon Musk, and so many just like him have found no real success. They have nothing to give. Love has no meaning. We do not require any more examples. We decide.
Good news – a change of direction
For those of us who believe in something different, who believe in a better way, well, we have our challenges upon us. Our first challenge is to accept greater responsibility. Then, we have an opportunity to introduce to the mass belief system within humanity, to common world thought, a new reality. We must remember, just because a new reality isn’t visible yet, doesn’t mean it can never be. My friends, I tell you again, we create. We create by suggesting, we show what is true by setting example, we live our lives and change the world thereby. It is a new time, and it is ours. We cannot afford to be liked. We cannot allow a lack of acceptance to deter us. Tell others of the soul. Tell others of a loving God. Show others, an ongoing creation. Indicate to all a beautiful world. Reveal to them the impossible way. Bring forward a reality that is. A new truth is real when we make it so. Who could deny? The impossible then becomes not only the possible, but the probable. Brothers and sisters, let us correct the incorrect. Remove the fog of misconception and misunderstanding. Burn away the unreal. We do not ask for, nor do we require, any support for our work. We come from a greater love, we have a true knowing. This is our support. We expect nothing, fellow companions on the path, we simply do. Get some work out there, in a way that is a joyous and pleasant to you. We love humanity. We heal all thereby.

Love is real, love works
Stop trying, just do
All new thought and belief must include a change of mind
True creativity is bringing forward something better
The dispelling of misinformation and disinformation is the speaking of truth
Truth is not we want, truth is what we need
Change is happening
Fear is not real
The impossible is today, not tomorrow
We are not alone, our heart shows us this in every moment
We can and will have a glorious, wonderful, and productive Holiday Season by expressing ourselves as we are. We show our true nature, by showing a soul made of light, love, and forgiveness
*My fellow spiritual students, something truly remarkable is coming our way. Can we be patient? Can we allow? I believe we must. I will tell you, all the spiritual work, including my own, is indeed repetitive. But remember, repetition produces a consistent practice, and practice will bring us success.
