There’s something wonderful in the air! Can you feel it? All the apparent tragedy and difficulty we see before us is but a deep healing and a necessary releasing of the old way. To see the beauty and wonder, to see the next step, we must clear a pathway for ourselves. My friends, we create a better world in every moment, in every moment of willingness. To fully understand that new and better ways are coming indicates no failure on our part, for we have done the very best with what we had available to us. All self-judgment, all self-pity, cannot come along for the ride into this future we are now building. We know how to create the new things we need, and if we do not, we can be humble enough to allow those that do to show us. We are never less in the asking, but rather, we show our strength and wisdom by understanding our role to be only a part of the Greater Plan. In this way, we can view our success thus far to be only a partial success, but a success, nevertheless. It’s all good, we’re all important in the larger creative process. One needs the other, you see, to make the greater whole work. It is time now, however, for us to fully accept there is much more. This “more” is what’s in the air! Do you feel a sense of comfort, do you feel a sense of ease in this knowing? We are going to be ok, and we are going to move forward by allowing new and better ways to unfold. It is upon us today.
In our discussion of the Spiritual Hierarchy, and of the New Group of World Servers that is an integral part, we will discover that there are many people who have access to these new and better ways we wish to bring forward. We can help this whole process be successful with our willingness to accept and try out the new ideas that will be presented. If we take the time to listen to the surrounding ones, who are just a little bit more “in the know”, we can get more excited about the changes upon us. Pay attention to what people are saying and become aware of what makes more sense and what feels better. New concepts, new ways of being, better ways of going about things are not simply wishful thinking, nor are they based on impossibility in their implementation. Anything new is always met with a certain fear of impracticality at first, but the practicality will be seen in the working out of what is attempted. A simple beginning is all we require.
The New Group of World Servers is you and me, and all of us together. With a simple acceptance, a higher spiritual reality doesn’t seem so foreign, does it? There have always been those people who bring vast changes to society and the world. They see a better way. The only reason they can see a better way is that they have been here a little longer. This is something we can accept and welcome, for without them, we would likely destroy ourselves through fear, greed, and selfishness. Today, my fellow brothers and sisters, we are tired and cannot breathe. There are wise and loving souls who walk among us, and many more will be coming soon enough. They will help us build a better world. They are human and spirit, such as we all are. The great spiritual work upon us is a necessary forward movement in which we all participate. What is different this time around is that each human being and every country will be included. It needs to be understood that each of us shares in this great work and have something to provide from our own vast experience. The hierarchy of souls, of which we are a part, will help us heal from our past. Our healing and acceptance of ourselves will light the pathway forward. If we meet someone who appears to know a little more than we do, we must take the time to listen. In this listening, we find an opportunity to cooperate and therefore help with what is being presented. The ones who do know more will not all show up today, or even tomorrow, but their numbers will increase as the years gently pass. In all probability, the World Teacher isn’t going to show up on television today in a world presentation and say, “Here I am, now do this”. Although I must say, I don’t think we would be shocked, surprised, or filled with fear if He did. We’re ready for whatever it takes, and with our love and creative intelligence, we will see that He needs us to assist with what He is trying to create for us. Everything we are willing and able to do brings Him and his assistants, the New Group of World Servers, closer.
The Problem of Presentation
One of the problems every spiritual student encounters along the way is how to talk about this work with others. We understand that the soul is real, and the Spiritual Hierarchy is real, even if it be a vague knowing at times, but we cannot prove it to someone else. We need to find a way, regardless of fear and apprehension, because love is a real force, and it is this love that provides all possibility to every human being. Can you ask the person in front of you,”did you know you have a soul, and this soul is teaching you always?” Perhaps you could ask, “did you know we are being guided from behind the scenes, and this guidance is becoming more of a physical reality with each passing day?” We do need to find a way to tell others that our physical life and personality are only a small part of who and what we are, and our physical experience, although important, is only a temporary part of our overall development. What we can do is help others heal from the pain and misunderstanding that engrosses them, for they must know they are needed and can help the world be a better place for all. I understand it is difficult to find the best way to talk about these things, but it is necessary to move the work forward expediently. As the Masters have said, “there is no rush, but there is no time to waste”. Bring forth the courage that is yours, for no person can know of a true reality unless it is presented to them. It is of course most beneficial if you speak from actual experience. This is the only truth you have. When truth is given, it cannot be denied by anyone, at least not in the long term. We must always keep this in mind, for understanding may not be possible today, but inevitable in the future. So, let the laughter, doubt, and ridicule of others go their separate way for now, and speak up on behalf of the love in your heart and the wisdom in your mind. The greatest love we can provide is to remove future shock and misunderstanding about this great work, for these misunderstandings will undoubtedly create a lack of cooperation. What we can provide is a simple exposure, to not only what is possible, but what is true in reality. I find the same level of difficulty in communication as you within my own work, but I deeply understand its need and continue. I put one foot forward and then the other. I present what I know because I care. So, let the chips fall where they may, for nothing is ever lost in trying. You, my friend, can do the same, and together, the chips will fall in our direction with every little effort. In this way, the Great Ones can come forward sooner with the assistance we so desperately need today. We help them by helping ourselves, through the service of others.
The Problem of Money and Resources
The Great Plan is an inclusive spiritual movement into an unknown future, unknown only from our perspective. It will happen with or without our participation. We can move things forward more quickly, and provide for others an easier go of things, with a more fervent and active involvement. What inhibits this work greatly is the lack of money and resources we need to get things going and keep things going. Unfortunately, the majority of humanity is still inappropriately attached to the purpose of material life and are therefore unwilling to give to something they do not understand the value of. This we must break through, and develop a necessary cooperation, a mutual cooperation, in which all humanity can benefit. Even the spiritual work is all about money. This we must accept and thereby be practical in our approach. For those of us who wish to dedicate ourselves to this most important work, we cannot assume help and support will be available, for the average human being has been less than generous up to this point. We have every hope this will change, for in the near future, those that can be of the greatest service to humanity must also eat, be clothed, and have adequate shelter. We need a place to work. There are many individuals on this planet who have the ability to greatly assist in the welfare of humanity, but who spend their entire time here just trying to survive. Even so called “spiritually minded” people seem unwilling to part with money and resources. This is a terrible tragedy. If you are personally already involved in some aspect of this work and find that you have acquired more than you need, please give what you can to the group you are associated with. Those that know how to acquire resources have an opportunity to teach these methods to those who need them most. Each individual or group within this great spiritual movement must understand the acquisition of any wealth to be applied to the service of the world and humanity. Many such people exist today, and I encourage you to support in any way you can. And, to all the wonderful groups already forming, you must understand that every spiritual student that comes into your fold needs to be given every opportunity to serve. This may include your time and money. If you have any expertise in the financial world, please, help the many millions of us involved in this work find a way to talk to the people who have resources, and encourage them to channel it in ways that improve the human condition. Real love and compassion have nothing to do with charity. They are about responsible cooperation, and a necessary investment into a better future for humanity. The New Group of World Servers moves the work forward by teaching a required understanding of “The Principle of Sharing”. This must be in place before the work of the World Teacher, and the many other Wise Ones, can continue. Let’s pull together and make it happen.
The Problem of Inertia
What inhibits the spiritual work from moving forward, and hence the work of the Spiritual Hierarchy more than anything else, is the inertia of all the spiritual students and disciples in the world. We understand inertia to be a fancy word for “being stuck”. It indicates a lack of movement, or a lack of active participation. When inertia sets in, we’re dead in the water, my friends. I understand you don’t want to be there, and you wonder how you can possibly overcome it. These feelings of doubt, self-judgment, and a generalized fear about who knows what, can be overwhelming. This I also experience, more often than I care to admit. The advice I give you today is that you have an opportunity to participate in something much bigger than yourself. A sense of belonging, and a more defined purpose you clearly long for, can happen the moment you choose it. You see, knowing that other people need you, and the reality that the Hierarchy needs you, is not enough for proper motivation. You must stand up on your own and say, “the time is now”. We cannot deny what we feel, for there is something to be discovered there, but often we just need to feel what we feel and go ahead anyway. Fear, depression, anxiety, an unwillingness, do not dissipate on their own. In fact, the longer we stay there, the more likely we will never move forward. We can say no to ourselves at any time. We free ourselves from this uncomfortable inertia by taking the smallest of actions. Keep it simple and go for a walk, call a friend, do the dishes. Then, all of a sudden, everything shifts, and life becomes yours again. Now, the most important thing that could ever happen for you happens. You remember what you have always wanted to do in life. This is your self-expression and your contribution to the world. How could this not be spiritual service? Believe it or not, there is no failure on your part that would stop the Spiritual Hierarchy in its tracks. It is very likely they will pick you up, hold you, and carry you forward no matter what. The New Group of World Servers, and the Hierarchy operating behind the scenes, have plenty of work for you, and they would love for you to participate, but there is no obligation. All that we seek is entirely up to us. We as human beings have a natural desire to be of help, and however we choose to go about it is enough. Help the Hierarchy do its work by you doing yours. The world is ours, my friends. Let’s stand up and move forward toward an undefined and unknown direction if that’s what it takes. Remember, fellow spiritual beings on the way, we are souls first, humans second, and individuals third. In this way, we are properly identified with a greater group, always. Once we become aware, truly aware, of ourselves as part of humanity, then we become identified with the Spiritual Hierarchy of which we have always been a part. This is the promised outcome of our Earthly journey.
