“The Spiritual New Year – Festival of the Coming Avatar”

Welcome all to the Spiritual New Year! As many of you probably already know, from a higher spiritual perspective, the beginning of the new year happens with the Spring Equinox at the end of March. Yes, it is a time of beginnings, of newness, of what is possible for us in the coming year. This big and wonderful energy is meant for us, to give us something to work with, to help us achieve the creation of a better life and world for all. It is an impetus, if you will, a Divine Spark, that provides us with a great opportunity to move forward in our mutual journey. The Spiritual New Year happens in three phases, covering the first three months of spring and early summer. Each phase is brought forth and recognized in the celebration of three Spiritual Festivals that happen every year. It is indeed a celebration, for all are encouraged to participate in a worldwide meditation occurring in April, May, and June. Here is a brief description of each, along with their various associations, and then we’ll follow up with a discussion of the first phase upon us now.

My fellow brothers and sisters, there is little I can tell you about Divine Will, as it is not in manifestation in our current time. It is of course the development of Love and Wisdom we are working with now, for this is the manifestation of the Soul, of which, our Spiritual Hierarchy is the highest expression. Having said that, Spiritual Will is always present in a subtle way, for it indicates to us a beginning. We can understand it as a creative impulse, in which we are able to move forward and become that which is new and better. Again, spring always brings with it a fresh start and much opportunity. Yes, a breath of fresh air! The energy coming in this year is even more powerful than the last. Perhaps you have begun to feel it already! Spiritual Will can feel like an undue pressure, it can seem oppressive at times, but that is not its intent. From a practical standpoint, its intent is to provide us with stamina, determination, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to move forward in our lives. Let it be said, our purpose is life itself, for it is life that carries us. If you are feeling pressured, then it is you that must get out of the way! You see, if we do not move with life, the energy of life builds up and stops us in our tracks. It will in fact knock us down if we do not let go of what inhibits the very freedom we need to move forward and be the next best thing. My friends, our issues reside in the past, if we could but allow ourselves to see our life in this way. As you know, our past is not real, for only our future is indicated to us in this present moment. Spring is here! It brings us flowers, new life, and warmer weather. The energy of Aries opens the door, and gives us that loving push, another chance, to get it right this time. At the very least, it gives us an opportunity to try again. Let us understand today, that each step is a movement forward, for all growth must be seen as incremental. In this way, we can truly appreciate everything we are willing and able to do, no matter how small. We give ourselves a win, you see, with a simple acceptance.

The Spiritual Will available this year will most definitely firm up our intent in every way. Oh boy, has it been a struggle for us over the last few years. Attempting to navigate through this nightmarish political landscape we have upon us, and realizing we must remain involved and manifest the freedom we all must have, is a great challenge indeed. But, my friends, remember that “Will and Purpose” brings to us its own kind of light. It is a light which will expose all things, whether good or bad. In this way, all can be seen, and we can either change what is seen, or let go of what is no longer necessary. We must trust that something better will always replace that which no longer serves us well. This is our new beginning, a beginning never seen before. What we can do this year is not allow ourselves to be distracted by the obscene amount of bullshit coming from the mouths of those who only intend to destroy, by carrying us back into a past we no longer require. We know what we’re creating, what we intend to bring forward. There are many who do not understand what this great Spiritual Will available to us means. They will unfortunately invert the positive building aspect intended, and turn it into hate, fear, aggression, violence, and destruction. Great changes always bring both the very good and the very bad. It is our humility that will remind us of the ongoing eternal life. There is no life, there is no truth, if it is truth, that can ever be destroyed. The greatest understanding of what Spiritual Will is, is to remind ourselves of the compassion we hold. Those who misunderstand and misuse it have yet to allow the love within their own heart to come alive. We have every intent that one day, it will be so.

My fellow souls, the energy this year will give us every success, if we remember our need to be willing, and our need to be cooperative. Although we cannot ignore what is happening in the world, for it is our world, we cannot allow it to remove the goodness we have already obtained either. Let the purpose of what God is creating transform into an ability to remove all individual inadequacies. This requires patience and effort. In this way, the world transforms for the better of all. A proper perspective of what is really possible is to shoulder our own responsibility, but to also remain aware of the responsibilities of others at the same time. It is here that we can only hold a space of love and opportunity, by setting an example ourselves. Spring is here. Spring is good! The energy of Aries brings to us every creative faculty we need to accomplish the goals already set forth. The door stands and opens wide. We are One in Many. We are Many in One. Together, we achieve.

*Fellow spiritual students, let me remind you again, Spiritual Will only begins an infantile expression after the 3rd Initiation. Great access, and its subsequent proper use, is only available to the highest members of the Hierarchy. Of this, we can know nothing. I bring this up again, for the Divine Will is dual in its effect, just as all other energies and their manifestations are. There is the building, or creative aspect, and there is the destructive aspect. God as the Destroyer is only implemented with the death of civilizations, the ending of unfathomable periods of time, old types of consciousness and life forms, and many other things beyond our comprehension. God only destroys when the birthing of the new has come. With a little honesty and humility, we recognize this is not our area! Having said this, there are many within humanity who believe they are accessing Spiritual Will, when it is only their individual will they have become aware of. Oh, the ego can be so deceiving! Every spiritual disciple is painfully aware of this problem at all times. You see, Divine Will always takes the path of least resistance when it comes to its human expression. Personal will and power therefore manifest themselves, because of temporary selfishness and self-interest, as a tendency to harm and destroy. We know that our current state of conscious unfolding concerns the development of love and wisdom. These are the building or creative agents of the Divine Will. It is love, compassion, and intelligence rightly applied that is our work today, and for a long time to come! Let’s allow God to take care of the rest. When we understand love, we gain wisdom, and with wisdom, we are truly capable of creating all that we need.

We’ll have a lot more to talk about with the other two festivals of the Spiritual New Year coming in May and June, the Buddha and the Christ, respectively. Subjects much closer to our hearts and minds as we let the energies of the new year unfold.

My friends, don’t push your way through life this year

Perhaps more importantly, don’t give up either

Remember, love has brought to you wisdom already obtained

It brings to you a full awareness of all life, of all those around you

Always keep in mind and in heart then, that whatever you are creating, the best creations do indeed benefit all
