Three groups working together in unison. Shamballa, Hierarchy, and Humanity. Spiritual Will, Spiritual Love, and Spiritual Intelligence. This is the Divine Trinity, of which, we are a part. Our Purpose lives in Shamballa, where the Will of God is known. Our Plan lives in the Hierarchy, where the Love of God is known. Our Intelligence lives within Humanity itself, where the Creativity of God is known. Here we have an interlocking triangle of circulating energies which makes the whole of God be what it is. True spiritual power exists within the reality of unity, then, an interdependence. The Great Lives at Shamballa are the highest group, they implement the purpose. The Great Lives within the Hierarchy are the middle or second group, they implement the plan, which is love. The third group is all the lives within humanity itself, we are the creative working out of all the above. Indeed, it is we who complete the process. Essentially, the Will of God is the Love of God, and Humanity is the outpouring, ultimately, the product of these divine energies. Each higher group informs and enlivens the next lower group, and so on. A beautiful process, a perfect reality.
Fellow companions, there is always a higher group. There’s always something more. Yes, even the Great Lives at Shamballa are informed by that which is even more inclusive and far-reaching. What we must understand is that even a Master of the Wisdom, even the World Teacher Himself, even the Lord of the World, who is this great planet we know as the Earth, continue to grow and expand their horizons. The stress, the difficulty, the crisis we experience today is the same for them. All parts of the whole of God are involved in a continued effort to express more completely what life actually is. This is how we can know we are not alone in this most challenging time. But, you see, in our willingness to participate in necessary change, all are led, and all will find, greater glory.
Today, we have with us two Great Avatars from outside our solar system, and one within our system, who intend to assist us in our spiritual understanding and achievement. Via Shamballa, they work through the World Teacher, the Christ, in order that He can incorporate even more of the Will of God, the Love of God already being fully established in Him, and then it is dispersed to His disciples within the Hierarchy, the Masters of the Wisdom, so that it can be given to us for our eventual use in the physical world. The first Avatar brings the energy of synthesis. The second Avatar brings the energy of peace. The third Avatar is of course the Buddha, the one who brings wisdom and enlightenment. A great triangle of power is therefore created for us, fully synthesized by the World Teacher Himself, for He stands in the middle of the three. Indeed, the World Teacher is in fact the fourth Avatar. This is an expression of Will, Love, and Intelligence in an entirely new manner. The New Age begins. Divine revelation unfolds. This time, friends, right before our eyes! Again, we have put the call out, and our voice has been heard from on high. We are ready to receive our next phase of spiritual development. These great beings are moving forward, and it is our time to move forward with them. Let’s briefly consider the work of the two new Avatars that have come our way, and how we can apply what they bring to us in a practical way here in our lives and our world.
The Avatar of Synthesis brings to us the potential for a group-orientation within our consciousness. To accomplish what we need to, we must have the power. As we have discussed, real power is spiritual power, and this can only be found in the group. We have to work together. You see, the two higher groups above us, Shamballa and the Hierarchy, have already fully realized this reality, this absolute necessity. To complete the creative process, we must develop the same ability. Again, as above, so below. The current difficulty for humanity stems from an unconscious willingness to give the innate power each of us has to certain individuals outside of us. Power has become consolidated within the one or the few, then, not the many. What we will find in this New Age is a redistribution of power from that of the individual to that of the group. Together, spiritual power is much more effective, and can therefore apply to everyone and everything in a more immediate way. When it is given to the individual it is less effective. This, every individual in a position of power and influence must fully realize today. Power becomes far more limited, you see, when it is applied to the individual only. It divides, separates, and eventually destroys. Friends, our opportunity today is one of simple recognition. It is not that the individual has no importance, it is that the individual has only relative importance. Again, our individual identity is important, but only within the context of the greater whole. Essentially, the group is more. True building, true creation, happens here. We certainly have our unique gifts to be discovered. Once discovered, however, they must be given. In this way, the greater importance of the group will be realized, and the greater meaning and purpose of the gifts discovered by the individual will be fully understood for what they essentially are.
The Avatar of Peace manifests through the Prince of Peace, our current World Teacher, the Christ. Friends, peace is not what we think it is. Perhaps we can better understand what it is, by understanding the process by which it is actually achieved. Peace is achieved through the establishment of balance. This is an activity. The outcome of this activity is peace. Peace is not an activity, it is a state of being. Do you see this important difference? There is little peace in the world today because things are out of balance. The chaos, the discomfort we experience, is due to the fact that we do not accept the reality that we are in a state of necessary correction right now. We wish to return to a state of balance once again, and experience a great peace that will naturally follow. Our hard work gains meaning and purpose with this understanding, and we will therefore be able to commit with all effort. The Christ will have His focus in one main area of human living. That is, our understanding of power, what it is, where it comes from, and how it is to be properly used. Our orientation will be shifting from a power perceived within certain individuals outside of us, back to ourselves. As you recall, real power comes from spiritual levels. Its vehicle is the human heart, the Christ living within. It needs to be very clear to every human being that love must be in place in order for power to be correctly used. Wisdom! This, the World Teacher has already fully established. Again, real power must be equally given within a group-orientation and a group-setting. In this way, power can be used safely, effectively, with the end result of benefiting every member of the group. The unnecessary destruction created by personal or individual power, run amuck, will be negated entirely. It’s all about love. Love is the reason the group exists. Many coming together with the same plans, motivations, purposes, objectives, and goals is the only way. The World Teacher will have His primary focus in three areas of human living. Government, religion, and education. Transformation is imminent. The energy of the Christ Consciousness is, above and beyond everything else, the development of love, and the implementation of healing within every aspect of our nature. But, it is also the simple realization that education must be the impetus which underlies the purpose of every institution in our world. There is no educational system in our world today that will succeed without a willingness to be innovative, honest, truthful, and transparent. As far as religion, fellow companions, the World Teacher is not one. The Christ is not a religion, the Christ is the World Teacher. The world is everything. The Teachings, then, apply to every aspect of human living. The average Christian in the West will have a very difficult time accepting this fact. They think in terms of only God transcendent. Although this is an important realization, an important part of truth, it has little practical value today. Those in the East have a better understanding of the One God, that is, God immanent. This has all practical value today. Eternal Light always comes from the East, essentially, the illumination of the Buddha. This is their gift to humanity. The gift of the West is love, the expression of the Christ Himself, but it is not apparent yet. Remember, balance must be established. Peace comes through inclusiveness, not exclusiveness. There is no religion in the world today that will survive if the transformative and revelatory nature of the World Teacher is not accepted and fully understood. The Avatar of Peace ensures all success. And lastly, all the governments in the world today fail to recognize that there is only one government on planet Earth. Our Spiritual Government resides at Shamballa. The One serves the many, and the many serves the One. The Will of God, the purpose, our purpose, will be realized. Government must serve the needs and the interests of the people in order to reflect the divine intention, the divine reality of service, which exists throughout the entire manifested universe. A true leader of the people will always have wholeness in mind. Only love can reveal this wholeness. Power must be equally dispersed among the many. Again, centralized power, power given to the individual or the few, will always result in disaster. There will be no leader, of any institution in our world, who will retain their position if self-interest, self-aggrandizement, and a seeking of personal power are their motivation. If we were to aspire to the power of any individual, it would be that of the World Teacher, for He has already included the many in His consciousness. And, He receives His direction from the real central government, which has already been stated above. The Avatar of Synthesis, working through the Christ, will bring wholeness to humanity and the world, through every government that exists in the world. Dearest friends, can we serve one another, can we be of service ourselves? Can we love and care for? If we do that, our governments will always serve us well. The work of the World Teacher, and the Teachers within the Hierarchy who follow Him, will then be realized as a group working for the needs of the group, indeed, what applies to everyone and everything.
This great movement forward is a mandate from above, but it is not forced. I understand this may seem contradictory to you. Fellow companions, we must always choose, the Hierarchy never intervenes in our own discovery. Again, it is we who decide. Why would we be afraid of, or be opposed to, that which we have asked for? This would be the real and only contradiction. The very reason what we need is available to us now is because we have put out the call for it. Alright? We must be patient and willing. You see, divine revelation is no longer a great mystery. It is a simple awareness of need. Having said that, there is a certain amount of work we must be fully engaged with in order to establish a place for it to go, a place for it to be. Not everything will be destroyed and gone forever. We must have the wisdom to bring forward what has worked in the past, but be willing to put a new spin on it, if you will. Perhaps, more importantly, we must be completely willing to allow an entirely new way to present itself. All areas of human living, all peoples, all nations, all our institutions will be involved in the greatest spiritual transformation ever known. Again, it’s not all going to happen today. But, and this is critical for every human being to understand, it must begin today. We have the knowledge, we have the experience, we have the love, we have the willingness, and we have enough power. A beautiful time, an important time for everyone. The World Teacher, and those who stand with Him, have provided for us the pathway, all the energy we need, to bring forward a brand new way of living, a brand new world. As I have always said, it is our time, and together, we will achieve.
*Friends, have a look at the “Reappearance of the Christ” by Alice Bailey. This is the work of the Master Khul, as you know. Even though many of you may have already read this most important book, have another look, a closer look. It is a much shorter piece by our great friend and brother, Mr. Khul, maybe 200 pages or so! Having said that, it is the most critical presentation, an overview of what is happening for us, from a higher, spiritual perspective. I believe it is fairly straightforward, and all of you can grasp its implications. Having said that, you may find some pieces of information a little difficult to swallow. Be brave, be honest, and be willing to let go of what you no longer need. Again, as I have previously stated, the curriculum found on the Path of Discipleship is the same program for every human being, regardless of race, religion, or nationality. The Hierarchy wants us to have the correct information about the reality in which we live. In this way, we can proceed in our lives in the best way possible. OK? The spiritual reality that underlies every part of our being is intended to uplift us, and free us from our own limitations. This is what love is. The power of love is expressed in our willingness to accept it. Indeed, in our willingness to be it.
