The entire work of the World Teacher, also known as the Christ, is the development and the establishment of Right Human Relations in every department of human living. Essentially, His role is to teach us how to do things correctly. As we learn how to do things the right way, we will experience peace in our lives, and a peaceful world will naturally follow. There is no human being who does not want this. Indeed, the practice of love and inclusion will help us find it. Dearest companions, one day, in the not too distant future, each of us will realize that His purpose is our purpose also.
Love is a practical matter, is it not? A willingness to relate to one another creates self-understanding. Yes, as we understand others, we understand ourselves, for these are one thing, not two. With increased awareness and understanding of ourselves, an acceptance of ourselves, and everyone and everything outside of ourselves, is a natural and much-needed product of that inner work. If we did not have these many others on the outside to reflect back to us who we are also, we could never gain this essential self-understanding. As much as we would like to tell ourselves that we are capable of doing everything all by ourselves, this has never been possible, and it will never be possible. True creation, a consciousness of the meaning of life itself, has always been a group effort. The One has always been the many, and the many has always been the One. Each of us has the same goal, each of us are on the same journey. This journey will lead us back home. This journey will lead us back to love and peace. And, let us be honest, it is a difficult journey. If we choose humility in our approach, we will recognize that a little company, a little companionship along the way, will certainly make our journey easier, and more importantly, we will get to the place we have always wanted to be much faster.
Right human relations is essentially our recognition of the fact that we do need others in order to accomplish all that we need to. There is no such thing as being alone, no matter how much we try make it so. If this simple reality is true, then we must know, beyond any doubt, that what we need to survive in this world, to be a successful human being in this world, every other human being needs also. Friends, if you want something, if you recognize you need something in your life, then you must know that the other person you see wants and needs the same thing in their life. If you are unwilling to understand this, if you are unwilling to let them have it, ultimately, you will not be able to have it either. In order for you to receive what you need, you must allow others to receive what they need. There is no difference between you and me, between you and any other. I want to be loved and I want to be free. You want to be loved and you want to be free. This realization is the energy of the World Teacher Himself, working through the heart and mind of every human being. His teaching is what He knows. His teaching is His experience. His teaching, then, is all-inclusive, entirely simple and practical in every way.
Let us do the hard work by realizing the simple facts. There is no human being in this world who has the right to decide who exists and who does not. Indeed, the Creator has already made this decision. In order for us to establish right human relations, we must give every form of life a right to exist, because, every form of life already exists. There is no life that can be extinguished, because, life cannot be extinguished. If you think about it, friends, the only choice we really have, then, is to accept, respect, and cooperate with, all that is. This is a true understanding of the nature of love itself. It is what the Christ wants us to know. Having said that, there is no obligation. All, indeed, must be willingly chosen. And, it will be chosen by each of us when enough experience has been gained. But, I believe there are enough of us who have the necessary experience to choose the better way today. If this opportunity is denied, then we will return to the old way, we will have a much more difficult life, a much more difficult experience, that is totally unnecessary, and it will therefore be a very long time until the World Teacher is able to be with us once again.
The establishment of right human relations is entirely dependent on our willingness to recognize our basic common sense. Our common sense tells us that if what we have created has benefitted us, has brought to us success, then what has benefitted us and brought us success, must be shared in order to complete the process, the intended outcome of the process. This is true fulfillment. Our responsibility is to help others achieve what we have achieved. Otherwise, what we have achieved has served no purpose whatsoever. Let it be said, there are many who believe it is their ability that has allowed them to have what they have in their lives. It has been earned and it is therefore theirs. What they fail to recognize is the very ability they have was given to them by someone or something else. Certainly, they have the experience to be able to acquire, but who or what has given them the opportunity to have the experience in the first place? Friends, again, are we talking about sharing here, a sharing that is required in order to be truly grateful? Indeed, we are. Self-success is entirely relative. It is relative because it is temporary. The success of the whole, and all that exists there, leads to a truer understanding of permanence. Eternity can therefore be realized. If we give, we will receive, we will win. If we take, we will receive nothing, we will lose. If we are fully committed to ourselves, then we must be fully committed to others as well. Our common sense tells us that when every human being has what they need, there is no longer a need to take it by force. It is this forcing which creates violence, hatred, and selfish behavior of all kinds. Those who have it all, those who hoard, are not protected, or exempt, from the new and beautiful reality that is coming, no matter how it comes, no matter what comes with it, no matter when it arrives. Materialism is a lie, is it not? Those who insist upon it, those who have, enjoy not a moment of peace, for they are constantly worried that what they have obtained will be taken from them, or at least lost by them, in some future time. What success, then, my friends, has really been created?
Right human relations is about having respect for varying forms of life and living, again temporarily, until we find the correct way that applies to all, a way that includes all. Religion has failed to help us find the freedom to have this respect. The freedom to know God, and therefore be God immanent. A freedom to know God, the Soul, the Hierarchy, to be the one that helps us understand ourselves as co-creators, so that we are able to accomplish what we came here to accomplish. Government has failed to provide for its own people, because religion has imposed a kind of God, a Creator, that has no basis in fact, on everyone who exists in the world today. In the past, up until now, government has learned from religion. Religions full of misunderstanding, misunderstanding leading to unavoidable deception. Religions leading to governments full of even more deception. Deception leading to an unfortunate belief in exclusiveness, and the tragic result of selfishness that surely follows. Both government and religion are attempts to formulate a true leadership, but in order for leaders to be effective, they must be well-informed. And, who is it that has the capability to inform them? Who is it that is free of deception? Who is it that has overcome self-interest? Who is it that loves and cares for the greater whole?
Right human relations happens when we allow ourselves to be properly educated. Education, in every department of human living, is the role of the World Teacher. If we want to know more, then maybe we need to listen a little more. Fellow companions, we are pissed off. We are pissed off because we have allowed ourselves to be educated by people who do not know anything. Again, education about material success cannot lead to an education about spiritual success. We are the authority. We decide. The only reason we have been deceived is because we have allowed other people to tell us what is real and what is not. Who is welcome, who is not. Who is important and valuable, who is not. The reality is, they are going to tell us what they want us to know, so that they can continue to have everything. The only way for them to have everything is for us to have nothing. The Christ knows the truth. The Christ does not deceive, for He knows that what lives in Him lives in all. This is why there is no outside authority. The World Teacher is the only teacher. The heart knows all, and the heart tells all. Friends, we can do this. But, we must realize there can be no real education without a real and genuine humility. Ok? Right human relations comes from our willingness to relate. Relationship. Friendship. We will have the utmost joy, we will have a much-needed peace, when we change our orientation from “Me, Me, Me”, to, “We, We, We”. We, we, we, all the way home! We may have to be ok with having only what we need, then, not everything we want. In this way, the child becomes the adult. The child is the individual. The adult is the group.
A new civilization, a better way of human living, is right around the corner. Are we prepared? Even though we may not remember, it is what we have asked for. Are we willing to allow ourselves the opportunity to truly achieve? Everyone. Arrogance, self-centeredness, and stubbornness will only cause delay. A better world, a better education, a necessary spiritual education, is imminent. Only the Hierarchy and the World Teacher, the Head of the Hierarchy, can provide it. Indeed, there are Masters who know much more about science than we do. There are Masters who know much more about government than we do. There are Masters who know much more about what religion is intended to be than we do. There are Masters who know much more about the incredible forms of art coming our way than we do. There are Masters who know much more about intelligence, and the outcome of intelligence, which is, our creative ability than we do. All the Masters, and the Master of all the Masters, the Christ Himself, want to come here and show us that we are already loved. We are already accepted. We already have everything we need. Can we let them be with us, then, to help us along the way? Our way is the way back home. This is all the Christ, and His disciples, His students, have ever wanted for us. We are students also, you see. Students of life. If we allow ourselves to see the light and love that exists within ourselves, and see this same light and love that exists in every other, the pathway forward will be much brighter, and much more traversable. Dear friends, in this way, nothing will be denied. The truth is, we are already home. All we have to do is make this home, our home, a better home for everyone. The Great One returns.
Right human relations prepares the way. The way for Him. If we remain unwilling to give it all we’ve got, then He cannot be with us again. And, my friends, He really wants to be with us again. All the wonderful teachers that stand beside Him want to be here too. They really do love us. They really do want to help us, to be of service to us in every way possible. They want us to have the freedom that they have indeed already found. Love is the only way to achieve. Love is the guarantee. Love together, work together, live together, be together. The Will of God is known.
All the Great Teachers who have come forward, all throughout the ages, have taught us the same simplicity
The seeking of material things, physical things, temporary things, creates all pain and suffering
The desire for the temporary, an attachment to what has temporarily been created, leads to only more desire for that which is entirely insatiable, and therefore, entirely unnecessary
This is what causes separation, aloneness, hatred, selfishness, and imprisonment
Friends, a little box cannot be all that we are
Seek, then, that which is everlasting, what is truly desired, the life of the soul
Indeed, it is the soul which offers eternity, rather, all the love, all the peace, all the togetherness, and all the true freedom that has ever been and will ever be
All is yours, dear friends, all that has been asked for will be given
But, as we have always said, only you can decide it is so
