I have always found it strange that so many of us believe that we have found the truth within our particular religious faith, and yet we spend our entire lives finding fault in others, in order to somehow prove the truth we believe we have found. Yes, my friends, there are many of us who firmly believe we have a strong and unalterable sense of right and wrong. I would argue that if we stand in judgment of any other, we do not stand in the light of truth in any way. If we have really found truth, then there would be no need to prove it, for it would be fully understood that each will find the same truth when the time is right. Those who judge, those who fear, those who hate, are living a life of the unknown, not a life of the known. An absolute surety of right and wrong is essentially a belief that those who are different somehow have the power and ability to threaten us, to keep us from living our own truth in our own way. Again, this is a place of weakness, of powerlessness, for the real truth cannot be seen and experienced from a place of fear and misunderstanding. The Great One, the World Teacher, the Christ, says no, this is not the way. “Be humble, my friend, and learn about love, for it is only love that provides the opportunity to step forward into the light of truth”. This most important opportunity is available to every person, no matter who they are and how they live their lives. “Step forward and be embraced, for I am the Light of the World”.
What the World Teacher wants us to accept and understand today, beyond any doubt, is that each of us, no matter our differences, come from the same place, and each of us will return to the same place one day. We are brethren, kindred spirits, born of one essential reality. There is only one God, and each of us belongs with the same God. There is only one religion, it is the religion of love, light, and truth. There is only one race, the race of humanity. There is only one World Teacher, and He represents, and works for, all. He has many assistants, for it was never intended that He work alone. These are Buddha, Krishna, Muhammad, Moses, and many others. Each of these Great Ones represent the “One Work”, and the “One Way”, so that each of us are welcomed and included in every way, in the only way. There is no separation, there is no difference. There are many countries, many governments, many philosophies, but there is only one world. There are many ways of going about life, many ways of discovering who we are, but there is only one life. “Step forward and be embraced, be part of the One”.
The World Teacher’s message is indeed a simple one. He cannot save us if we are unwilling to save ourselves. Even He must operate within Universal Law, indeed within God’s Law. Universal Law indicates that we must do our own work in order to succeed. The Christ can suggest and support, but He cannot do it for us. He can speak from His vast experience, which He has always done, but His experience and understanding mean nothing if we do not listen and try to apply it in every possible way. My dearest friends, what the Christ wants us to know today, is that our only job is ourselves. How someone else is living their life is none of our business. We have plenty of our own imperfections that must be resolved before we can understand the imperfections of any other. That is, unless another person attempts to impose their life upon us, with no invitation, thereby endangering us in some immediate way. Let it be said, our perceived endangerment is manufactured by us, and by us alone. We will have an easier go of things, we will grow and understand ourselves much faster if we pay attention to our own self, and leave others alone. When we understand our own nature, everything outside of us will be absolutely clear. It is when we focus on the temporary imperfections of others that our own imperfections, our own work, remains hidden. This is how we allow fear to control us. Unfortunately, therefore, light and love cannot be seen. It is our adherence to dishonesty that allows our own fear to be projected outward toward others, thereby harming them, and ultimately only harming ourselves. The World Teacher, and many others, stand alongside us, and provide all necessary courage, so that we may eliminate this fear once and for all. It is our time today to receive the help we have asked for. But, we have to do it, we have to practice, and we must be patient. If we are to truly comprehend the nature of the Christ, we must know that all are equal, and all are equally loved, no matter what. This simple and undeniable truth is absolutely eternal. We all walk the same path, together, today. “Step forward and be embraced, for it is you who are the light and love of the world”. “This, I have shown you, for you and I are the same”.
My friends, I make no fancy claims to speak for the Great One, the Christ. But, with an increased understanding of myself, and subsequently an increased understanding of the actual nature of love, I feel impelled to share with you what makes the most sense to me today.
The World Teacher’s Message
Step forward and be embraced
I have no judgment of you or any other
I ask of you to have no judgment of yourself or any other
This is the nature of love
Willingly accept all imperfection today, and all fear is gone forever
This is the nature of compassion
I am your friend and brother, for I can be nothing else
This is the nature of true understanding
Stand with me in the light of truth, a truth that is the same truth for all
It is you, and me, and we
This is the nature of purpose
I Am the Light of the World

All love and support, be well
