How wonderful and encouraging to see so many millions of Americans standing up together for their rights, their freedom, their country, their democracy, and indeed, for one another! I think we can all say, with all certainty, the “No Kings March” across the United States was a success in every way. Not in terms of the number of those who participated, but the expressed power of the human spirit all the way around. I must say, it is entirely heartening to realize that the American people really do care about what is happening in their country, and perhaps more importantly, that only together can the transformational changes needed be created. We are no longer asleep, for we have realized that an active engagement is required in order to change the direction we are going. How empowering, how exciting, how fulfilling is it, friends, to actually have a say in our own destiny? This is our joy, this is our real power, this is our spiritual awareness of what is needed by all. We can do anything and everything to get to the place we want to be. Yes, we can be anything and everything we need to be, for ourselves, and for all others at every opportunity. We know now what love can truly create. We know that in order to be successful in our journey, we must include. Again, the power of the group cannot be overstated. The power of the group cannot be underestimated either. This is a good thing!
What does it matter, fellow companions, if we do not agree on the unimportant parts of human living if we do agree on the important parts of human living? Race, gender, religion, political views, social status, matter not at all. It is human freedom that is in jeopardy. It is the right to express the self that is in danger. You see, there is no human being who has the knowledge, the experience, or the spiritual understanding to adequately define any other human being. Each of us can only be defined by creation itself. Within the entirety of creation, self-awareness is developed, and a true definition can therefore be found. This belongs to every human being. When a vast, diverse, creative ability is found within first, then the diversity seen in the outer world will be understood for what it is. We are different only temporarily. We are the same forever. To recognize this is to recognize love. How wonderful to have this great opportunity to come together and share. How beautiful it is to see the light, the love, and the purpose in ourselves, and every other. It is the same light. It is the same love. It is the same purpose. Within the group, all truth is revealed.
What is responsible for all the division found in the United States? Not just here, but all across the world? Certainly, hatred, fear, and a false superiority are responsible. But, my friends, how about our incessant pursuit of material things? Has this approach to human living created lasting joy, or any sense of purpose at all? Sure, it may have taken a little money to arrive at the “No Kings March”. Overcoming fear, being with others of like mind and heart, gaining that much-needed sense of purpose, experiencing a true feeling of love and joy, was, and is, worth all effort and any amount of money spent. Brothers and sisters, you left your car, your home, your clothes, your bank account behind, and look at what was made possible because of it. It takes very little to participate in one amazing moment. Although you did in fact sacrifice, did it feel like sacrifice, was it painful in any way? In other words, what was really lost? America is a great place to be. Every nation is a great place to be. Our world is an amazing place to be. So little is really needed to be of humble gratitude, save, the gifts each of us have to offer. There is no factor in human living that has created more division, more separation, more hatred, more loneliness, than the obscene, excessive materialism all of us have participated in for countless centuries. Our value system is changing. We are beginning to realize the things that have all importance, the only importance. Let us continue, by coming together, getting involved, and leaving the rest behind.
America will have no kings. The only king to be found is equality expressed, equitability shared, and togetherness lived. Many of you are correct. Fuck Donald Trump. Fuck the wealthy ones. Look at what we have. Freedom! They have nothing. Don’t worry, they’ll find their way in some future time. They are equally loved. Today, we must find our way. Our way is the power of the group. There is no obstacle we cannot overcome. You see, democracy is true living, an active, conscious engagement. It is how life is supposed to be. When we fight for it, it becomes ours. The future is ours, and it is our responsibility. Those who wish to take us backwards will fail, when we decide to move forward together. We need each other, we love each other. When this is fully realized, we’ll make it happen.
This great movement we must maintain, we must sustain, all the way to the ballot box in November. The Democratic Party is the answer right now. Your affiliations, your beliefs, what you hope to be true, friends, is not enough anymore. A willingness to change your mind, to do what is right for your fellow Americans, is required of you today. Forget about the rest. All elections matter, local, state, and federal. Vote for what is correct for all of us, not just the privileged few. Remember, fear and intimidation can never stop us, if we stick together in one common goal, and one common purpose. Freedom. We walk together, we fight together, we win. All things are important, but let us prioritize what is most important for all of us right now. Indeed, our lives can be rich, and beautiful, and peaceful, and successful, if we stand up today. No kings, just us.
