Dearest friends, the month of January brings with it the powerful energies of Capricorn. It concerns our greater spiritual unfoldment, the long-term plan for all of us. We know, because of the duality we exist in, that all energy is twofold in its effect or impact upon us. It builds, and it also destroys. A loving purpose indeed. In other words, we must be open in our hearts and minds to receive what is better for us, but we must also be willing to allow what is inhibiting our greater development to fall away. The energy of Capricorn, then, is basically an expansion of our very consciousness, to become more aware of ourselves as the creative spiritual beings we are. But, it also has the purpose of destroying all that no longer serves us well, that is, the self we once were, the self we no longer are.
If the Light of Capricorn brings to us our greater vision, then Capricorn will reveal to us all that must be seen. Our habitual patterns of thinking, our beliefs that actually have no basis in reality at all, our structures and institutions which are no longer suitable for the creation of the better, must first solidify, and then disintegrate altogether. You see, we cannot receive the newer ideas and ways of being without allowing the old things to fall away and therefore be part of the past. The energy of Capricorn is not really mysterious at all, if we approach our lives and our world with all honesty, all willingness, and indeed all practicality.
The greater ideas we have must be brought forward into an appropriate form. This is what Capricorn provides. In this month, then, my friends, let your soul’s energy come into your mind and reveal to you the ideas that will improve not only yourself, but everything and everyone. To help you achieve this, be fully aware that Capricorn also brings to all of us an incredible power and strength to be able to heal, to be able to let go of what stands in our way of freedom and a simple spiritual beingness. We are being offered a great courage to change inside ourselves, and outside ourselves, what must be changed, in order to expand our very consciousness, to grow, to become who we really are, who we have always wanted to be.
Oh, Great Capricorn, open the gates wide and show us what essentially already is. We receive the glory of love and peace, and therefore create together what has always been and what must always be.
