A transformation
Friends, the World Teacher, the Christ, represents the soul in all of us. The soul is essentially our consciousness, who we know ourselves to be. His role, then, is our education, and the spiritual enlightenment that will surely follow. Having said that, let us not forget that the World Teacher is also the World Healer. Indeed, the love of the soul in all heals all. Psychologically, emotionally, and physically.
Healing can be quite uncomfortable at times, we all know that. What we can do is think of this healing as an opportunity to transform. In other words, we are giving our greater self, our better self, our soul, an opportunity to express itself more fully. Friends, when we clear away what is unnecessary, the obstacles, then we can be properly educated, we can receive what we need. When we apply what we’re learning in our actual lives, the spiritual enlightenment we ultimately seek naturally follows. This is how the World Teacher works. But again, the healing must come first. Then, everything else is possible.
Now, the Christ, the soul, the light and love we require, often come with a lot of heat as well. This heat is essential in order to burn off all the dross, all the outworn thoughts, feelings, and ways of being, which inhibit us from moving forward and becoming the better self. Indeed, companions, even the physical body can become exceedingly warm at times, especially in some of your meditations. This is normal. You are not going to die. You are going to be ok. Perhaps we need to offer ourselves a sense of humor here. So, let’s call this healing, this most important transformative process, “universal menopause”! My fellow men, you are equally included, alright? We laugh, we take a cool shower, we take a nap if we need to! We will do whatever it takes to fully participate, and participate, we must. In our simple willingness, the World Teacher, the soul, our better self, returns. The inner fires heal, then, they bring a necessary clarity to everyone and everything. The Will-to-Good unfolds.
